KLM Studio is a home staging company founded in 2019. Korey, the studio’s owner connected with us to create her brand and online presence from start to finish. She knew immediately that her new business needed a strong visual identity in order for clients to trust her style and promote her business's growth. The studio’s website needed to serve as a funnel for clients to learn about Korey, her process, and how to get started. A very important element that needed structuring was her portfolio to showcase her beautiful work.

The branding phase started with discovering Korey’s aesthetic and identifying her target audience, realtors and home sellers in the San Francisco Bay Area with the goal to sell their homes for top dollar. The serif typeface used in her logo paired with a hand drawn script embodies a professional yet welcoming presence that will attract her ideal clients. Korey loved the idea of creating contrast by pairing neutrals, like navy blue and taupe gray, with a pop of bright yellow. We combined all of these elements into a Brand Guideline, which clearly outlined KLM Studio’s new identity.
After establishing Korey’s goals for her website, we mapped out the path of a client, created an efficient navigation, edited her images to look uniform and built her portfolio. It was very important that we used tactful search engine optimization so that KLM Studio was as accessible as possible on the internet. Each page and image has SEO tags, alternate text, and locations where necessary to drive clients to her site.
Korey’s organized and professional website was presented during our Training Call where we went over how to use the website from the backend. The studio’s custom domain was connected, the final assets and final brand guideline were delivered along with the Training Call video for Korey to refer to for future use.

KLM Studio has a charming online presence with its responsive, optimized website based on a strong Brand Identity. The studio is able to welcome, educate, and capture clients and beautify homes all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
