  • After 23 years in the real estate industry, Diana Walsh decided to start her own brokerage: Walsh Properties. Our goal was to provide Walsh Properties with everything needed to get up and running, which all started with a consistent brand identity, print collateral to reach her target audience, and a functional website connected to the MLS.

  • This process began with branding Walsh Properties, we knew Diana wanted something simple and clean so we decided to stick with a mainly black and white color palette along with a pop of blue. We also designed four different logos and icons that could be used interchangeably amongst web and print. The next step was the Walsh Properties website, which needed to be able to feature the brokerage’s latest happenings like current listings, recently sold and currently managed properties. This website was more challenging than any other we’ve worked on because of its capability to connect to the Multiple Listing Service. Though this process was time consuming, it was a vital part of the business’ web presence. As the final cherry on top, we created official Walsh Properties stationary which included all things from business cards to envelopes to riders so that clients working with Diana knew the quality and value they were getting.

  • The final deliverables were the official Brand Guideline, a stationary system, and an MLS approved website. In addition, we created a launch graphics to announce the rebrand to Walsh Properties’ online community.
